Is T20 making it a money thing?

First it was Symmo and now Freddy has decided that T20 is a good way to ensure they have enough money in the kitty to live happily after retiring. We can understand Flintoff's decision as his body is not able to withstand the pressure exerted by playing three forms of cricket , but rejecting the ECB contract may not go down well with the English cricket fans. As far asSymmo is concerned we cant tell if he really regrets blowing his last chance to make a comeback into the Aussie one day colours. A few days back there were rumours about BrendonMcCullum having second thoughts about accepting the central contract with New Zealand as he felt the IPL provided financial security for him and his family.
BCCI as we know is the richest and the most powerful cricket body(compared to others) and has lured many cricketers into thinking about changing their preferences and priorities when it comes to "who to play for?". Now we have countries like Pakistan , Australia , New Zealand and even America planning their own formats of T20 tournaments and the main motive behind it is to generate big money!! We don't mind the overflow of money which would help nations improve their cricket infrastructure but we certainly don't want our beloved cricketers to put money before country!!
